Recruitment Process

  • Meeting the client: Understanding the clients requirements & providing tailored presentation with Arcom’s proposal for selection and recruitment.
  • Issuance of Power of Attorney and Demand Letter (to be attested by relevant authorities)

Selection Process

  • Requirements circulated in social media & website.
  • Short listing & Preselection
  • Forward documents of preselected candidates for client to review.
  • Final Selection: Interview by Client and trade test for technical candidates.

Legal Process

  • Health & Medical fitness test from approved medical clinics.
  • Police Clearance Certificate
  • Explanation of Employment contract and Signature
  • Embassy submission for visa process & stamping
  • Immigration permission from Bureau of Manpower, Employment & Training

Deployment Process

  • Scheduling of flight in liaison with Client
  • Orientation of candidates – 2 hour session explaining laws of the country, behavioral etiquette, health & safety protocols, others. Furthermore, all candidates are made aware of their organisations expectations and work conditions both at job site and living quarters. This is followed by a Q&A session.
  • Immigration and flight

Follow-Up

  • Follow up with client following candidates’ arrival.
